摘要 目的：探討在“分级用药”理论指导下的经方温阳止痛药的级别划分及原著应用思路。方法：传统文献学的方法及话语分析的方法。结果：根据中医古籍文献梳理出“分级用药”理论的源流；根据张仲景原著的话语叙述划定经方温阳止痛药的级别，并分析其“识别—定级—调整”应用模式的思维步骤。结论：经方中的温阳止痛药可以划分为桂枝、附子、乌头3个级别；疾病的诊治可以划分为药证识别、级别确定以及根据其他因素调整处理3个步骤，这种模式为分析原著的诊治体系以及研究现代辨证论治思维步骤提供了一个新的思路。
